Our Story
Multicultural Marine Inc. stems from a WhatsApp Group featuring professional contacts from Europe, Africa and Asias, which explains our name. A concept arose within the Group of creating a company that could deliver marine services and commodities to our clients around the world. It was agreed that MMI would offer competitive pricing to clients by mostly engaging directly with suppliers rather than going through the usual network of brokers and agents that dominate the commodities world. MMI has collaborators and contacts in many countries who can help us to achieve our aims. We are also seeking to expand our network of collaborators as MMI develops.
How We Do It?
As MMI is currently a start-up company with limited personnel and resources, we operate on a request only basis. That means that a potential customer will contact us with a request for a product or services to be delivered. We then reach out to our suppliers to secure pricing and also terms for delivery of the product or services. Once terms are agreed with the supplier, we will then furnish the client with a full corporate offer (FCO) including details of payment required. For large value transactions, we can also offer independent escrow services if required.
How We Started
Once we had decided on a name that suited our multicultural team, the next decision was to choose the right jurisdiction for MMI and we decided on the Marshall Islands because it has no corporate income taxes and it also has the world’s 3rd largest shipping registry. Once the initial financing was secured, we incorporated MMI on the 17th November 2023 and it has been in business ever since.

Our main principle is that “the customer comes first”. So, we strive to deliver a fast, professional and positive response to any enquiry received. We also believe in sticking to delivery deadlines and to the prices that we have offered for any product or service to the fullest extent that we can. We are also open to business partnerships and joint venture offers.
